The only customer data in STRIKER is the name(s) entered by the customer and these are only stored locally on the customer's mobile phone.  Neither Lobley Limited nor its supplier, Ulterium Ltd, gathers or stores any data.  As no data is stored, neither Lobley Limited nor Ulterium Ltd can sell any data.  No data that is stored in a customer's phone copy buffer is sold.
